Most standard openings (doorway-sized, 8" wall) take 2–4 hours onsite after setup. Complex cuts or heavily reinforced walls may require a full day. Every scope includes an honest time estimate.
Yes — we run electric-hydraulic systems that require a site power connection and a water source for blade cooling. If these aren't available, we can mobilize generators and water trucks.
Never without engineered de-tensioning first. Our GPR scan identifies PT cables before any cut is laid out. If PT cables are in the cut zone, we coordinate with a structural engineer to de-tension before mobilizing.
Track-mounted wall saws deliver tolerances of ±3mm across the full cut length. For finishes requiring tighter tolerances, we can grind or chip to spec.
